I wish I could say this is no longer the case. It happens less, but it still happens. When it does, it’s hard to breathe without pain, or breathe without wanting to cry.
I mean, sometimes this conversation even happens internally. But yeah. Sometimes there’s physical heartache that just really hurts. Even if you don’t believe it, it doesn’t change my reality.

Sorry for the long delay again. I’ve been struggling. And yeah sometimes words are difficult. Promises can be difficult too.
Some days speaking is really hard. It takes so much energy just to force the words out. But I’ll be ok. I think.
