Belief Issues
No matter what is said or done in therapy, sometimes we just can’t. And we need to know that it’s okay. The challenge we’re facing is not one that’s easy, no matter what our brains tell us. It’s not even a challenge that many people have had to face on this scale, and it’s normal to feel discouraged, especially when we think we’ve lapsed.
And that’s okay.
It’s okay not to believe anything positive about yourself.
Just remember however, that it doesn’t mean IT’S NOT TRUE. At least open ourselves up to that possibility. We aren’t always right.
There might be something lovable in us.
Maybe.
