The hardest thing to deal with, is when we’re told that we’re going to have to put up with some of our symptoms for months more. Depression is a hopeless illness, in that we lose hope. How to hold on when this will continue for months?

But the fact is that there *is* healing. And mind you, sometimes we learn to be better at handling ourselves by the end of the journey.

Don’t give up. Struggle on. There will be light at the end of the tunnel.
