I’m suddenly jumping to talking about therapy because of the inherent issues related to talking through our issues in safe spaces, with boundaries. Talk therapy or psychotherapy is one of those places where these things all come together. Or at least that should be where it happens.

At the same time, I want to cover in brief, what is expected of the client and the therapist, as far as I understand it. This has helped me in managing my own expectations towards my therapist, and my therapy progress.
