Smiling or forcing oneself to smile might work for those who’re not unwell. But at the same time, why do we keep running away from feeling less than stellar? Why must we be happy all the time? Emotions run the whole gamut – to repress our negative emotions actually ends up giving them more strength than we think.

So smile when you feel like it.

Cry when you feel like it too.
