Unless it’s absolutely necessary, people suffering from depression – depressives! – find it difficult to decide on important things. Oftentimes, we get guilt tripped into making decisions we regret, which makes us feel worse. Either when we can’t keep our promises, or when we say something we don’t mean just to get people off our backs.

Then it just makes things worse in the self-care, self-compassion area. And so on and so forth.
