I’msorryI’msorryI’msorry. I didn’t know I’d take such a long break, and I still don’t know whether or not I can resune a better schedule. For now though, this marks the start of a series on mindfulness.

I’m not a therapist, and I gain no benefits from touting mindfulness. But it’s helped me a lot. So I felt it’s important to highlight what it is, and remove the religiosity from it.
