Expressing how depression feels like is never easy. It’s also different for everyone.

But what’s common is a brain fog, where it’s hard to see out of, or clearly through. And in that fog, no matter how bright a light is, it’s still muffled.

But the truth is, however muffled it is, the light is still there to head towards. We can only hope treatment, therapy or love will help the fog to lift a little. No matter how frustrating the fog is to endure, hope still remains.

We just need help to see it.
