Everyone has their own beliefs. Somehow though, we’re told there’re good beliefs and bad beliefs. In depression, however, it’s most important to have our beliefs verified. Most times, our beliefs aren’t totally well informed, and depression twists them even more.

So find someone you trust, and test your beliefs. Don’t hold on to your beliefs alone, and learn to be open to the people you trust.
