I don’t like to waste food and I don’t cook everyday. It’s a challenge to keep perishables without wastage, especially greens and what not. Frozen meat is relatively easier, if it can be broken up and packed into smaller portions. Chicken wings, for example, defy anything but almost complete melting before they can be sorted and bagged.

So sometimes I end up eating more than I should. It doesn’t help with my poor self-body-image.

But it does feel good to bring something to completion, however small and insignificant.
