Pets don’t always understand what personal space means. Sometimes, that isn’t a good thing, but in depression, that can help in unexpected ways. Not always, but still. If we didn’t have pet allergies, we’d have visited the pound by now.

Memory is really a problem when it comes to depression. With ECT, this can be worse. I tend to have to write things down now, and it helps. Even then, getting the timings wrong for appointments is quite common.
